A: You download & complete our intake form , attach your documents and email us at caliagentservices@gmail.com. Or fill out our place order form along with our intake form and attach your documents. Our office will then email you our invoice, which can be paid be either by a debit, credit card or ApplePay. Once payment and documents are confirmed service will go out next business day, unless rush service is requested and paid for.
A: Yes! We do offer monthly and yearly contracts. If you have a few services you're in need of per month or hundreds it makes no difference to us. We have the perfect pricing for every need. Email us and get a quote.
A: Yes, our company does assist with filling out legal documents. Our legal document assistants and paralegals are great at what they do.
A: A (UDA) is a licensed and bonded person or entity who, for compensation, provides assistance or explains the process in unlawful detainer actions.
A: An unlawful detainer lawsuit is a court process by which the landlord sues to have the tenant evicted and/or pay rent that is owed.
A: Small claims court is a special court where disputes are cheaper and quickly resolved. Neither party can have an attorney. If plaintiff is an (individual) can sue for $10,000 or less. If plaintiff is a (business) can sue for $5,000 or less. Once judgment is issued defendant has 30 days to pay the court before the plaintiff can start the collection process.
A: We can do the whole small claims process for you for a fee. Example; filling out the paperwork, court filing, process serving, and collecting your judgment if defendant does not pay the court within 30 days after judgment is issued. Just let us know what service you'd like!
A: "Service of process is the procedure by which a party to a lawsuit gives an appropriate notice of initial legal action to another party, court."
A: Yes. Client (you) can have the other party served either at work, home or anywhere you need it served. Client is responsible for providing us with a good address. If the address ends up being a "bad address" there are no refunds due to it being attempted.
A: Yes. We offer locating service and/or (address verification), that run through multiple databases. Once service is requested and paid for there are no refunds regardless of client's satisfaction with the report results due to database fees and labor put into request. We have no control over the confidential reports outcome that the databases generate. It is the clients responsibility to provide us with as much information to input the request. These reports update every 30 days.
A: Yes. If you have multiple defendants named in the lawsuit, you have to serve each one with a copy of the lawsuit. Our company offers a discount if at the same address.
A: Yes, we can file your proof of service with the court for an additional fee (California Courts Only). Otherwise, when we provide you with the completed proof of service you can file it with the court yourself at no additional cost.
A: Yes! We can assist you with the whole collection process. Any fees you pay for the collection process gets added on top of your judgment, just email us for a quote. Collection can be on either wage garnishment, bank levy, lien on property, etc. with years of experience we can find a solution!
A: Rush Service is a service option that expedites the order process, usually for a small fee.
A: Substituted service is used after several attempts to personally serve the papers have failed. After the attempts the server can leave the documents with anyone over the age of 18.
A: Yes. We accommodate special requirements as long as it's an appropriate and legal request for a fee.
